Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Kay Engelhardt’s Tailoring is an as is business. That means, we work on clients clothing and dresses.

Because we are an as is business, there are no refunds.

We take pride in making sure that all customers are happy with the finished product. That means, if you are not happy with an outcome of alterations done to the product. We will keep working on the product until you the customer is happy.

Refunds

If you pay for services in a digital format, refunds will only be sent via the payment app used. Such as PayPal. Only Kay(owner) can issue refunds for services. Otherwise, there are no refunds because we prefer cash.
